Conditions of participation for the online Advent calendar of Carlisle Construction Materials Ltd.

• Eligibility to participate
  The promotion is only open to people working in eligible businesses based in the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland (ROI). Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

• Eligible businesses are Roofing companies, Architects, Specifiers, Distributors including- Roofing, builders merchants, specialist sealants, facade and glazing, and sealant applicators. Contractors including building, Facade and fire classification

• Employees of Carlisle Construction Materials Ltd. and Adshead Ratcliffe & Co. Ltd. as well as their relatives and all persons involved in the implementation of the competition are excluded from participation.
  

• Entry period
  The competition runs from December 1, 2024 to December 24, 2024.

  Each participant can take part in the prize draw every day by opening the respective door of the online Advent calendar and completing the entry form. The closing date for entries is the day on which the relevant door is opened (by 23:59).
  

• Prizes and notifications
  One prize will be drawn each calendar day.

  • The winners of each day will be notified by e-mail or telephone the next day.

  • The prizes will either be handed over in person or sent by post to the address given by the winner.

  • There is no entitlement to cash payment, exchange or replacement of the prize.

  • If a prize cannot be delivered due to incorrect information or for other reasons for which the organizer is not responsible, the prize will be forfeited.

  • The organiser’s decision is final.

  • The organisers reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion anytime.

• Data collection and use
  We collect personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number) for participation in the competition. This data is used exclusively for the purposes of the competition.

  • It will not be passed on to third parties or used for other purposes without your express consent.

  • You can revoke your consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future by sending an email to dataprotection@ccm-europe.com.

• Exclusion from participation
  The organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or in the event of attempts at manipulation.

• Exclusion of liability
  Carlisle Construction Materials Ltd. and Adshead Ratcliffe & Co. Ltd accept no liability for technical faults that could affect participation in the competition.

• Legal recourse
  Legal recourse is excluded.
